It was a very original title. It was first entry. I talked about it being my first entry, the Brothers Grimm movie and it being really late and I should probably go to bed 'cause I had to get up to go to college. That was almost 4 years ago.

This past weekend in Calgary was Otafest. I couldn't go to most of it, unfortunately, 'cause I had to work, but I did go for a couple of hours yesterday, and a couple hours today. Yesterday I had wanted to be there for the vendors, but they had closed the doors by the time I got there. So I wandered down the halls a bit, and was stopped by one of the volunteers, asking what I was looking for.

Me: Anything, really.

Volunteer: Wanna come in this room.

Me: What's going on?

V: Johnny Yong Bosch is playing.

Me : (!!!) Sure.

I was an idiot and didn't bring my camera, but the girl sitting in front of me brought her's and posted on Youtube :D This is the song he and his bandmate, Maurice, came up with with the words about Canada written on the board:



...gotta take a dook was Johnny's idea I believe. They played 3 or 4 of their bands songs after this, and if any of them get posted I'll be sure to at least have links. They were all really good acoustic, I actually think I prefer Waterfall(s?) acoustic rather than electric.

I watched the third Death Note movie while I was there today. It was okay. Would have been better if the costumed idiots in the front would have STFU. I missed a lot of what anyone said in English because of that, as those parts weren't subbed. Had a good geek out when I saw Long's actor in the train scene.

In conclusion, next year, I'm definitely remembering to book the Otafest weekend off, even if my family's doing the Mother's Day run the weekend before.

Okay, I'm sure if you're a Faiz fan you've likely already seen this; but I just found it, AND IT'S AWESOME!!! It's like "Once More, With Feeling" for Faiz.



I really need to pick up where I left off, 'cause I don't remember anyone's hair being blond, and I also haven't seen Delta yet.

I apparently made someone's day today. They were looking for cupacakes for their daughter's birthday, and I came up with a cupcake cake that even had the Bratz theme her daughter wanted.

Make's the rest of the REALLY dull shift seem kinda nice.

Our washing machine makes techo music. I swear if i recorded it, it'd probably sell.

...Dad really needs to replace the damn thing instead of stubbornly believinhg it'll last another six months.

So those dog biscuits I baked for Keelee? They give her indigestion, ao rather than having reall smelly breath, she has REALLY smelly farts. I still have a huge container of them left over, so I'll ask my supervisor if his dog can stomach wheat.

Keelee-canine's breath was REALLY skunky today. I have no idea what she could have eaten in our backyard that would make it as bad as it was. I gave her a dentastik and it had no effect, so I look up a recipe for breath buster dog biscuits. Got this recipe.
